A Criminal History request
You may view your court record/s at no charge. Please visit the Spokane District Court at 1100 W. Mallon Spokane, WA 99260 OR you may also log onto the Spokane District Court's website at www.spokanecounty.org/districtcourt. To obtain another person's criminal history, please visit the Washington State Patrol's Washington Access to Criminal History (W.A.T.C.H.) website at http://www.watch.wsp.wa.gov

Police Reports
To request a copy of a police report, you must fill out the public record disclosure request form or, we will need a written request stating the date and location of the incident as well as involved parties. Requests for police reports can be submitted in any of the following ways: In Person: Requests can be delivered to the Records Division Public Window, located at 1100 W. Mallon in the Public Safety Building. Mail to: Spokane Police Department, Records Division, 1100 W Mallon, Spokane, WA 99260. Fax to: (509) 625-4059 Email to: spdrecordsinforequest@spokanepolice.org Please note: We charge $0.90 for the first page and $0.30 for each subsequent page. Upon receipt of your request, it can take 90 business days for your request to be processed.
Record expunge
Visit the SPD Records webpage at http://www.spokanepolice.org/services/records/default.aspx and print the expunge request form and mail to: Spokane Police Records Division 1100 W. Mallon Spokane, WA 99260 or fax to (509) 625-4059 or e-mail to spdrecordsinforequest@spokanepolice.org
