Spokane Police Patrol Anti Crime Team members arrested 42 year-old CHANCE OCCHIPINTI  for 2^nd degree burglary.    On 043012 Chance was confronted inside the garage of the burglary victim who lives in the Garland District.  PACT members identified the suspect and established probable cause for the arrest.  He was located at Hamilton/Jackson and taken into custody after a brief attempt to flee and resist.  Chance has 8 previous felony convictions for drug possession, burglary and theft crimes.  He had burglary tools and drug paraphernalia in his possession.

The PACT teams are focused on addressing repeat offenders involved in property crimes.  Spokane Police continue to urge citizens to report suspicious activity.  Citizen complaints help to establish crime trends and suspect identification for crimes that might otherwise be difficult to resolve.
