Police Need Community Help To Solve Sexual Assault |

Spokane Police responded to a call of a sexual assault that occurred late this afternoon in Upper Lincoln Park. Police need citizens to come forward to help identify and locate the suspect.
The assault occurred between 4:00-4:30 pm in the park, located at 2100 E. Southeast Blvd. The 62 year old female victim was walking in the park and noticed the suspect male in the bluff area. The male followed her near a wooded area, where he sexually assaulted her. The suspect then fled the area, last seen running.
The victim described the suspect as a white male, between 25-30 years old, approx. 5’09”, 160 lbs. She described him as having jet black hair that was short and straight, with bangs that covered most of his forehead. His eyes were a very dark brown and his skin was olive tone, clean shaven, with a very smooth complexion. He was last seen wearing pants and a black zipped hooded sweatshirt, but the hood was down.
