Senior Volunteer

Capable, enthusiastic, dependable, analytical skills, professionalism, a smiling face, committed to serving our community and the police department....these are all descriptions of our Spokane Police Department Volunteers. 

Retired men and women have a great wealth of knowledge and skill to bring to the program.  If you enjoy working with the public, have people skills to help resolve issues, basic clerical skills, computer knowledge, deisre outdoor assignments such as vaction home check, Radar Trailer, traffic control or help look for a missing person, we need you!  Seniors do have training meetings throughout the year and are encouraged to volunteer a minimum of 16 hours per month.
